At ZEVQ, we are dedicated to delivering your pieces with the same care and attention to detail that goes into creating them. Because many of our items are made-to-order, please review the following timelines to understand when to expect your package.
1. Production & Processing Time
Please note that “Shipping Time” is separate from “Production Time.”
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Items: As these pieces are crafted specifically for you, please allow [e.g., 5–10] business days for production before the item is shipped.
- Note: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order will ship once the custom pieces are completed.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We partner with premium carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

(Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen carrier issues. We will keep you updated if any significant delays arise.)
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP Service)
We believe in a seamless luxury experience without surprise fees.
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For orders shipping to [List Key Regions, e.g., the European Union, UK, and USA], ZEVQ ships on a DDP basis.
- What this means for you: All applicable import duties, VAT, and customs taxes are included in the final price you pay at checkout or covered by us. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The package will be delivered directly to your door with no customs hold-ups.
- Other Regions: For destinations not listed above, shipping is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be liable for local import duties and taxes upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has left our studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box and the item. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
- Lost: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building concierge first. If it is still missing, contact us at [Support Email] so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
6. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ZEVQ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
